Troubleshoot my browser issues

You can access Möbius from the following web browsers and operating systems:

IMPORTANT: Taking a test using the Proctored Browser Mode feature is only available in Google Chrome™ or Firefox™.

To troubleshoot browser issues

Having trouble with your browser while accessing Möbius (Example — an image isn't displaying or loading correctly)?

Here are some suggestions to help you resolve your browser issues:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Make sure that Javascript is enabled in your browser
  • Enable third-party cookies (check out Access using an LMS)
  • Clear your browser cache (check out Clear my browser cache)
  • Disable any browser add-ons and extensions

IMPORTANT: The Möbius platform is a single page application. Having multiple Möbius tabs open simultaneously isn't supported and can result in unexpected behavior.
