Troubleshoot my log in issues

Are you having trouble logging in to Möbius?

Here are some suggestions to help you successfully log in:

  • Use one of these recommended browsers of to access Möbius:
  • Firefox®
  • Google Chrome™
  • Internet Explorer® 11
  • Safari®
  • Enable third-party cookies (check out Access using an LMS)
  • Confirm that you're using the correct user login or email address and password for your Möbius account
  • Confirm that you're using the correct Möbius URL for your organization
  • Double check with your instructor whether you should be accessing Möbius through a Learning Management System or logging in directly to Möbius
  • Log out of Möbius from all of your devices (check out Log out)
  • Accept Möbius's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
